Biogenx Global taking money, not sending product, not explaining Internet

BiogenxGlobal is a company run by Dr. Simeon Cuffy that provides health products through a downline.  It is an MLM, started in 2008,  that has a unique approach and makes sense.  The products are also very good. 

The company is based on auto-shipment.  Everyone who joined was asked to have products auto-shipped once a month and sign up at least 3 people who would also have products auto-shiped once a month.  The pay-offs were really good, only nobody every got paid. 

There were "problems" from the very start and the problems never seemed to end.  We were constantly being told that things were going forward and it was only a matter of time until we were paid.  There were conference calls we could listen to online and there were also "lazer" calls which were calls from distributors with questions. 

After many disgruntled callers, the lazer calls were stopped, but the conference calls continued which assured us that things were progressing and it was only a matter of time until we were paid.  As of 3/1/11, they have stopped the conference calls which means we have no information coming in at all, and no explanation as to what has been going on that has prevented us from getting paid. 

I have ordered several products that were never sent.  The "help" section on their website will not return an answer, and the phone# was disconnected a couple of years ago.  There is no way to get in touch with anyone.

I feel that Simeon Cuffy and his website have ripped off many people.  There were even huge monthly meetings at the junior college and a health food store locally.  Many people were sucked in.
And it was all on the name of God and helping to feed the hungry and clothe the poor.

His decision to quit the conference calls feels like a final bow-out, although he still says we will be contacted as soon as everything progresses.  A true rip-off!!
