BIOWATCH MEDICAL INC. is part of the never-ending saga of con-man Clarence P.Groff and his bogus medical devices that seem to function as improperly as the medical companies he germanates. His 1997 "cease and desist" order from the SEC enabled him to avoid jail time for investor fraud, accounting fraud and financial fraud. Google "Clarence P. Groff" and read about this slime ball.
VP Investor Relations Mr. Gary Moss, solicits investors in this fly-by-night enterprise from an office in his garage. He and Clarence P. Groff are derived from the same source of slime.
UNTIL THE AUTHORITIES SHUT THEM DOWN AVOID BIOWATCH MEDICAL INC.
Carol Campbell, the son of the former SC Governor sits on the Board of Directors of BIOWATCH MEDICAL INC. His moral compass seems aligned with present Governor Mark Sanford ....... aka Mr. Argentina.
