I was looking for information on the birth of a relative. During my search I came across this website. I typed in the name of the person I was searching and several results were found, but I had was taken to another page to access these results.

 When I got to the next page, I was told I could get my info if I paid them $1. I decided this was a reasonable charge and clicked thru to the next page.

 The total is still $1 with the OPTION to purchase a larger package for $18.95/month. I clicked on "Continue".

 My total is still $1 before I put in all my credit card info. I filled it in and clicked through to the next page and got a list of names and info, however none of them were the correct person. Then I got an email thanking me for my membership of $18.95! 

I chatted with "Lisa" from the site and explained that I did NOT want the memebership. I thought I was paying $1 for a one-time search. She kept re-explaining that I could makes several searches. I told her that I was not interested. I just wanted my money returned. She finally agreed and did send me a confirmation email. The next day I got an email from the "Andy" on the main page of the site asking if I had any questions or comments. I tried to reply, but the email was rejected and returned. I stll have not recieved my refund. It's only been a few days, so I'll wait a little longer.
