Bishop Norris Davis Minister Bishop Davis Hired to perform work on a house at 112 Findley square, Hampton 23666 did not pay for services rendered Newport News Virginia

On February 7th, 2018, Bishop Norris Davis posing as a contractor/ business man. Hired Julio C Lazu to perform restoration and repair work at House located at 112 Findley square, Hampton Virginia 23666. Per agreement , under condition that he would pay $1800.00 during course of work. Mr .Bishop Davis refused to pay the money although work was being don on windows and drywall and finish work was also done. Painting was done. As well as other repairs. He brought in other workers who did more damage do to poor trades skills and did not pay them as well, mostly homeless and alcoholics. He was also released from this contract do to breach of contract. And misrepresentation/ lying. This is his second complaint based on fraudulent actions. A lien is being placed on Mr. Bishop Norris Davis and a complaint to the attorney generals office will be filed.
