I contacted Biz Network Solutions for Quickbook support thinking they were an authorized Intuit support center.  They sold me on a 3 year unlimited advance Quickbooks technical support with software upgrades for each of the 3 years plus Intuit oline back up and 3 year Payroll subscription.  Currently, 21 months later I have only received the support service on the inital day I called.  In my experience I also had my credit card used to purchase the Payroll subscription renewal 12 months after the intial purchase after I complained to them about not getting the renewal.  Biz Network Solutions has since offered to reimburse me for this but 9 months and 7 calls to them later still nothing has received.

My advise, don't use them.  Contact Intuit should you have any doubts.
