We signed a contract with Bizatomic 5/05, first installment received on 6/10/05. Payment History Trans ID Description Date Amount 16370 Website Development 06-10-2005 $8549.00 16371 Payment - Thank You 06-10-2005 $-4275.00 17697 Payment - Thank You 08-8-2005 $-2150.00 19801 Payment - Thank You 11-8-2005 $-2124.00 Customer Balance: $0.00 I was told by Bizatomic: 1. It would take 60-90 days to develope a website. Our website was released 11/05 2. I explained in detailed what we wanted to do on our website to the sales personnel. I even took her to 2 different websites and walked her through them so she would have a good understanding what we wanted. She said no problem, this web packages will take care of all this for you. (i have back-up emails) So we purchased this CM3 package for our website based on her recomendations after seeing the other 2 sites. 3. The process took forever for them to start. They finally did get the framework and logo finished which took longer then their originally quote of time to do the whole site. 4. Our site was then turned over to a new person, because evidently the package deal the sales person sold us would not and could not do everything we wanted on our site. But Bizatomic did not say one word of this until our website was turned over to Matt Pavelle, 9/05 and $6400 later. This is when we started hearing what this package WE purchased would not do. The only response I could get is we have spent to much time on this project all ready and you should have read your contract. We did read the contract! We were also told that, that package would do what we wanted to do on our website by Bizatomic sales people. 5. Our site has a great logo, that we designed, Bizatomic made it animated on the site. Other then that every aspect that we went over with the sales person on our site has issues. Couldn't really tell what the site would and wouldn't do until it was live and of course they wouldn't release the site until they received final payment. Assured everything was done and working. 6. I sent final payment, I have a website that I have investigated and found I could have done from the internet the same package for about $100., never-the-less that's not my complaint. My complaint is: We have not only paid for a website to the tune of $8600, we have been paying a server ($423 mthly) all these months waiting on Bizatomic to do what they said they were going to do. We have also paid on the original loan to start this business ($473 mthly) all with great expectations of starting the business when it was done. It has now been 6 months, and these people won't even talk in person on the phone. copy of the last e-mail: 2005/11/15 Tue AM 11:37:51 CST Subject: Phone Support Hello, I cannot call you without billing you for it, as the project is complete and I have already extended myself too much. Cheers! Bizatomic says they are finished with the project but that did not do what we paid for. This entire excursion has now costed about $15,000 dollars for us to wait this long. And the website is not functional. We can not do business on it. I am going to pay more to fix or add to the website to make it what we asked for in the very beginning.

Other

The website we asked for and was promised by the sales person. nothing more nothing less. We met their demands, ours have not been met.

Went to arbitration, the arbitrator says we should have pulled out and requested our money back sooner. Had we known the web site didn't function the way we requested we would have. Couldn't get this point through to the arbitrator. Bizatomic was telling us when we asked about certain functions requested, that the web site will not function properly until it is switched over to our live server. We lost in every way!
Bizatomic is a total rip off and they know very well how to do it......

BizAtomic sold to new owners!!!!

AUTHOR: Ila - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 09, 2008

I reported that BizAtomic ripped me off to the tune of $15,000 in 2005 when owned by the previous owners. BizAtomic has a new owner now and he has contacted me and tried to make a mends. Good business practice! He owes me nothing as new owner, but he was concerned about what had happened and how the old owners basically had stoled from us.

After speaking with him, I would consider BizAtomic for future work on our company website.
It is good to know that there are still business owners that are real, and give the consumer what they pay for. I just wanted people to know, so that this company would be recognized as having new owners now, and giving the opportunity I believe they will do well with business practices such as this. Thank You for your concern Chris.
