On 5-29-14 I hired Brandon McNeil from B&K Tree Service/B&K Tree Trimming & Removal Licensed & Insured, to cut down a dead tree in my yard.

The contract states "cut down tree, haul away everything, no stump grind" and the amount we agreed on which I paid in full after he was done cutting down the tree.

Contractor's Guarantee: "...the entire job be done in a neat, professional manner..."

He cut the tree down and big chunks and branches were left where ever they landed. Some fell in my pond which is close by.

Once the tree was cut down Brandon said another man will come and pick up the wood. The man showed up with a small trailor shortly after. I believe within a couple of days. He loaded his trailor half way and said he is going to another address to pick up more wood. He said he will be back and get the rest. Everything went smooth until then and I had no reason to believe that Brandon would not finish the job he was hired to do.

Days, then weeks go by and nobody came back to get the rest of the tree. With a lot of effort and an injured shoulder I managed to clean my yard and put the wood in a neat pile. I saw two large parts of the trunk on the bottom of my pond. I had to empty the pond to get them out. They were extremely heavy with the extra water weight. I also found my fountain (which I had moved out of the way) destroyed.

It is now over 2 months later. Several emails and voicemails have been ignored by Brandon McNeil. I did get a hold of him twice on the phone and all he said was he will send someone to pick up the wood. I asked if it would be within the next few days and he said yes. He did not comment on the fountain that was destroyed.
