Black Bull Towing damaged my car towing it with a visitor parking pass in the vehicle. I was out of town and my daughter had my car. I called to report damage and they are making me drive 1 1/2 hours to Ft. Worth to just pick up the damage report paper work to fill out that they may or may not act on. They said they could not fax me the paper work and are making it as tough as they can on the consumer. I have no problem getting the 2 computerized estimates and I am certainly going to do that. I feel they are getting by with enough underhanded practices, but they should at least respect someone's property enough not to damage it! I will not allow this to happen. I am an honest law abiding citizen and I loathe shady practices.
