Mr. Robert Holmes is the perfect accountant if you wish to rip of the government on payroll taxes. sadly though for Mr. Holmes he doesn't just represent himself, he happens to represent the services provided by Blackfish Accounting Services, located in Burnaby BC.

Blackfish Accounting Services was started by a very highly decorated and high ranking official of the Canadian Millitary. Mark Kennedy has served with the Canadian military for over twenty years and completed his involvement in 2001 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He served with 744 Communication Regiment, Pacific Militia Area Headquarters, and 12 Service Battalion. His last posting was Commanding Officer of 12 Service Battalion. 

So why on earth would he allow such a scoundrel and scum bag like Robert Holmes to work under his direction? Is it for profit? Is it greed? Nobody will ever know for sure, however you have to know how and what Mr. Robert Holmes is willing to do in order to get your business and then screw you over when the chips begin to hit the floor, and after today, I can assure you that they will soon begin to do just that after numerous complaints and information was forwarded to the proper authorities.

Just to mention a few his good deeds and services, they include:

1- How to hide true sales results from tax man by deleting sales reports (Gryphons Lair Restaurant)
2- How to divide employee earnings between actual income, and reported employee income.
3- How to create multiple accounts in Quick Books in order to confuse the government. This is something that Mr. Holmes specializes in since he is currently enhancing his education in the area of forensic accounting with the specialty certificate program through BCIT. The program focuses on fraud prevention, detection and investigation - an all too common problem in many businesses today he claims.
4- Mr. Holmes will even train you on how to rob Peter in order pay Paul if you own multiple businesses. Such is the case of one of his current clients Susan Meszros of the Gryphons Lair Restaurant in Ladysmith, BC.

None the less, you want to clearly do your homework before hiring any accountant that you wish to represent you or your business, or in this case, an employee who got completely screwed out of $8,500.00 in salary because of the little tricks and deeds performed by these two clowns. Well well well, soon enough some walls are going to come crashing down, the paper trail will soon be discovered, and whole lot of people are going to have an awful lot of explaining to do.

In closing, do yourself a favor. Do not have anything to do with this accountant or a company that condones his activities or antics. You will end up paying when you are incorrectly represented.

One would only beg to ask the question, where is CMA British Columbia when it comes to all this?

One thing for sure, you can count on and be guaranteed that one of these two, if not both will try to rebut these claims by saying the poster of this warning THE actual liar, or that we are delusional, or even better, that we are sociopath's. We have heard this defense before, we are not shocked or surprised to hear this anymore. It's old, it's stale and needs to be revamped.
