Blackpoint IT Services in Seattle and Portland Oregon handled our IT services and they are expensive. We thought if we paid more we would get the best.  Boy were we wrong! They came in and put on their own utilities which were supposed to keep us safe as we run a multi-million dollar organization.  Not only that we had them come in monthly to monitor our security, put in Watchguard firewalls, and make sure nothing happened! When no one was even here we got the Crypto Virus and when we called they werent even available!  Finally they came out and told us an employee did it! That was a load of bull crap. ALL OF DATA WAS ENCRYPTED EVEN THE BACKUPS! We hired a third party investigator who determined that they installed a monitoring program and never upgraded it to keep up with hacks!!! Our own IT Company let the hackers in!  STAY AWAY FROM BLACKPOINT!  NOT ONLY ARE WE SUING THEM WE FOUND OUT THEY CHARGE TOP DOLLAR AND USE UNPAID INTERNS FROM COLLEGE TO MAN THEIR HELPDESK AND WORK AS THEY DID ON US! NOT ONLY THAT WE FOUND OUT THAT THEY GAVE OUR PASSWORDS AND INFO TO PEOPLE IN THE PHILLINES WHERE THEY USE HAVE THEIR HELPDESK! NO ONE IN THEIR COMPANY IS WELL VERSED ON CYBER SECURITY!  THEY PUT IN A WATCHGUARD FIREWALL AND STUPID WEB ROOT ANTIVIRUS AND SAY YOUR PROTECTED!  BULL CRAP!  WE HIRED THE RIGHT GUYS NOW AND THEY ARE HALF THE PRICE.  THEIR OWNER JAMES WATSON ALSO HAD THE GALL TO THREATEN TO SUE OUR NEW IT COMPANY WHEN THEY GOT ANOTHER CLIENT FROM THEM.  I FOUND OUT IT WAS THE THIRD LETTER OUR NEW IT COMPANY HAD GOT FROM THEM THREATENING THEM WHEN THEY GOT A NEW CLIENT FROM BLACKPOINT IT SERVICES!  STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
