Bladez Scooters bladez gave me a scooter that broke down way to fast Jacksonville florida

so i got a bladez 33cc scooter ....supposed to be good quality scooters...by was i wrong when i first got it it ran sloppy....like if it was running lean..i took it for a ride that same day and out off nowhere the engine revved up like if the belt snapped i took it apart and the bolt that holds the clutch on was striped i called the company and they told me that my warranty was void because i took it apart to see what was wrong with it..they were being the stupidest people in the world about this situation..they said that this would be a good chance to upgrade to a high performance clutch but in the back of there minds they were thinking that i was just wasting there time.if i were you i wouldn't buy from this company, and if you do make sure you don't screw with it if it brakes just call them before the 90 day warranty ends
