Blanche Temple was the WORST manager First Student Inc. Had ever seen. She ran her yard with fear and intimidation which ultimately costed her workers the need for a Teamsters Union to step in and mediate issues between her and her workers.
Not only did she screw her employees (the people who worked under her), but she Screwed the company itself by stealing somewhere between $17,00 and $35,000 depending on who you consult with. The company (First Transit) ultimately fired her and made some sort of an agreement for her to pay them back in Sept 2012
