I ordered two flashlights from Blazeray.  Neither one worked.

In order to receive a credit card refund, I had to send back the flashlights at a cost of $11.17 via UPS.

I asked Blazeray to refund the cost of the return and they have ignored my requests.  They should have paid to have their defective flashlights returned.  I spent $11.17 to get nothing.
