I would like to report the (Allessentiala Co.) as a fraudulent seller.  I am convinced they intentionally strung me along with promises of filling my order, reposting it and returning my money.  They even had the audacity to ask me to return their second shipment if the first one should happen to arrive!

As soon as Paypal's 45-day limit for disputes had expired, they simply stopped answering my emails.  I never received the goods I ordered, nor did I receive the requested refund of 68.28.

Of course, I wrote to Paypal and they expressed their regrets, saying there was nothing they could do since 45 days had passed since I made my order.  I wrote back asking if they knew whom I could contact, and the second letter I received, an obviously very poor cut and paste job, gave me essentially the same response with no answer to my question. 

It seems to me that as a reputable company, Paypal should be interested in possibly fraudulent companies using their system.  I think they should at the very least want to check to see if they have received similar complaints from other customers.

Bleach Refills scammed me too

I had exactly the same experience as the original poster. I paid Bleach Refills £36.90 for some tooth-whitening bleach a year ago. The price seemed good, and the website looked reasonably professional. But I might as well have flushed the money down the toilet.

One year later, despite repeated promises by Bleach Refills that my bleach was in the post, and that I should wait just one more week more and it would certainly arrive, I still have not received any bleach. They volunteered to refund my money, which seemed great - but then, when I submitted the money request via Paypal, they stopped replying to my emails. The Paypal request is being ignored. I have absolutely no expectation that I will get my money back.

I have raised a dispute with Paypal, but because this is now outside the 45-day period, Paypal has refused to take my case further. All I can say is: avoid Bleach Refills like the plague, unless you like giving money to tricksters. The only positive outcome is that I now have learned (the hard way) that when buying online, always stick to the well-known vendors.

Not a scam- just horrendous service

After placing my order and waiting for around a week for delivery, i grew a little concerned. I had recieved confirmation saying they'd recieved my PayPal order (I paid by credit card so this alarmed me a little), and that my item had been delivered. My delivery address was different to my billing address, so i emailed the company after failing to find a contact number on the website, checking that my order had gone to the delivery address rather than the billing address.

After the first 2 days of waiting for a response, i sent a further two emails demanding a reply and to know what was going on with my order. I stated that I had read the reviews on various websites (including this one) suggesting that was a scam website, and that if it turned out that i had been scammed, i would take it as far as necessary to get action taken against them.

I recieved a response with no apology or explanation, just an email in broken english saying that if i wanted to refund my order, they would need the last 4 digits of my credit card. They also went on to say that all reviews were placed by competitors trying to sabotage their business- an absolute cheek considering everything i had experienced with them was in line with the online reviews. Out of intruige, i left my order where it was to see whether it would actually arrive.

Anyway, the item finally arrived today after a week. Whilst a weeks delivery isn't particularly shocking, the customer service i received was non existant. I have never come across such a poorly run online company, and these guys give other online traders a bad name. I can only presume that the owner has a job in the day, and runs the website as a side income.

Like I said, i dont think this company is fraudulent, but I cant express strongly enough how much of a let down it is to order from them!

Why didn't I receive my product?

Thank you for taking the time to post a rebuttal.  It's possible that Beach Refills in the USA is an honest company.  I haven't dealt with them directly.  However, any company representative who calls a customer with a valid complaint a liar definitely does not practice good customer service.  This alone makes me wonder about the integrity of the company itself.

If you are affiliated with the UK company which goes by the same name, perhaps you could send my order directly and thereby solve this problem.  I can post all my email correspondence with Bleach Refills UK here to prove that they did not come through for me. 

To clarify one of the points you made, I asked for the products I ordered--not for a refund as you stated.   It was Karen who offered me a refund as shown in the email below:

I have also written to paypal to inquire about other claims against the company.  When I hear from them, I will post that information as well--for better or for worse.

Save big by using this online source for buying your favorite products. it is an excellent source for buying teeth whitening products for the best prices online. WE use paypal as a safe secure form of payment and ship items from uk and sometimes usa based on inventory stock and availability. Paypal would not offer payment services to any business that is not legit, anyone calling the business as untruthful is lying and not disclosing the entire story and you can verify just by the fact that paypal has very strict guidelines and continues to be doing payment transfers for our company for over 5 years. Appears that a buyer was filing a claim after 45 days time period and mad because they did not get a refund. WE stand behind our company and product. All buyers that are unhappy can contact the customer service for a replacement or refund. We are proud to say we continue to have the lowest prices and best customer service.
