Hello,i have the sameproblem here been playing for over 3.5 years (stopped since lich king got released and all those buggs appeared) and nothing changed, patch after patch same connectivity problems wich arent very benificial for my cpu or hard drive.Thats common ...really THE POINT HOWEVER is : Why have i never gotten a refund in playtime or atleast the items/badges emblems honor i lost by getting dc'd (pixels). I now they arent allowed 2 do that..., lots of in-game Game Masters told me 2 contact custumer support......wich i still dont recognise as a real thing ^^but as a computer guided mailboox???HOWEVER i still didnt get any kind of refund...dont they want me 2 finally get the result as i should after playing that long?????????? xD Wich means i cant log in or stay logged in (didn't even mention the timewasting thats a pretty common issue actually ^^) and THAT was not the 'deal'. if u pay... u get an account 2 use ....but if u cant use it (loggin in for example) the deal is off right????? Anyway i like playing the game but i cant ....,if i pay but cant log in ....sooo whats the point of having an account???... wich means the term account in wow actually isn't a rightfull name because according 2 blizzard /vivendi etc. u can logg in with all your friends and family and have lots of fun .........Wich brings me 2 the misleading advertisement if i say it correctl,i mean making all those commercials and not saying they got MAYOR connectivity issuess..... cant we make em like putting atleast some tiny letters telling future costumers what their waiting for....like in the tobacco industry???? anyway I ASKed for refunDS and never got any for something that they promise but can fullfilll and i pay for.......logging in...

There are a few things that could be happening here.

1- Your current server you are playing on is over-crowded. Simple fix: Take advantage of free character moves to lower populated servers when Blizz offers it. Blizz is trying to get more US servers up and running, They have opened 4 since the first of the year.

2- It could be your ISP. Anyone using using DSL or Dial-up is NOT going to stay connected. You will constantly be DC'd from the game servers from the slow internet speeds. It's recommend that you have a min of a T-base 100 Ethernet Cable connection. Not to mention lag when you can get in and stay in.

3- RAM! It is your friend. If you are running Windows XP or Vista, you need a min of 2G of RAM to even run the game properly. Anything less will also casue DC problems.

4- Memory: You need a good amount of memory to even run the game. I say at least 40G HD.

I personlly play WoW both on a East coast and a West Coast server. These were the issues I had when I started to play the game nearly 2 years ago. But I was able to fix the issues within the first week and have never had DC/ Lag issues after I made the tech fixes from my end.

If you are referring to last night, the interruption was for an hour.

So you want a credit for: 2.08 cents? Cause that's what the hour cost you.

15$ a month = 50 cents a day = approx 2 cents an hour.

Why dont you call them and as for your 2 cent credit. :)

Really, in a game that services 12 million people worldwide, I would say they have a pretty good uptime. I"ve had two inturruptions in the last 6 months that were not scheduled maintenence. Besides, they have no control over the internet, and from what I understand on of the major gateways that services their servers was down last night.
