Blog Services Inc. Nora Mitchell,project manager I was promised $25.00 if I posted the links that Mitchell sent me. I did and I didn't receive any compensation. Pompano Beach , Florida

On April 18,2012 I was contacted by email by Nora Mitchell,project manager of Blog Services Inc: http://www.blogservicesinc.org/ . She asked that I put the links she provided on my blog in exchange for $25.00,which I did in good faith. She said I would need a paypal account to get paid. I sent out payment information for her to follow. I tried to contact her twice and both times my emails were returned to me. I then removed the links and tried to contact others at Blog Services Inc. to get an answer but none was forthcoming and I waited two weeks and nothing. That is why I'm filing this complaint.
