WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE

I made an order one days in advance for a flowers basket to be delivered To my Mom in Canada (Gift for mother 's day).

My visa was charged immediately.

The confirmation I received by email was not very detailed.

The flowers never came on the same day delivery that that they promised.

I called them, someone who said that all deliveries had been made and that she would look into it and call me back with an explanation. She never did.

I calling again, she told me 'if you are not receive today,may be tomorrow or Sunday' and hung up the phone, I really feel angry, what? Let's my parent stay at home three day only for receive a flowers.

Later, I keep calling but one answer the phone.

The next day, my mom told me that they receive a flower basket, That was totally difference basket.

OH, NO... I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT WAS HAPPEN ON ME.

What they did, they sent her an funeral flowers basket. They were so awful. I can't believe people has black heart in the world.

Now,I am trying to call this Company again , no one answer the phone or every time I call he hangs up , what a cheap , rude person .
