Blooms & Roses Flowers And Gifts Dead Flowers and Awful Service Mississagua Toronto Ontario

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday as I was out of town and was drawn to Blooms n Roses Flowers and Gifts.

What a mistake. Blooms n Roses is a scam, sending products that do not match the pictures and will not deliver on the freshness promise!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

THE STORY.
My wife called me to inform that she received some flowers, but did not sound positive. She then went on to tell me that

1) Some flowers arrived and they were dead (looked like they had been in the box for 2 DAYS); My wife was insulted.
2) the arrangement was lousy carnations, not a beautiful boquet (like the one that was on the picture I made my purchse decision from);
3) no card was in it - thus she did not know who they were from or why they were arriving (as they were a day late.);
4) no one called to tell her they were 'on the way' to the house for delivery, even though I was requested to input this data by Blooms n Roses.
5) The driver arrived at 7:30 at night and practcally threw the flowers at my wife. A visiting friend thought it was a staged joke after the box of dead flowers was opened!!

THE QUALITY DISCUSSION.
1) I called BnR the next day to complain - it was after 5, so was told to call back the next day, not offered a call back.
2) I called back and informed the rude man about the status of the flowers and that I was upset.
3) He told me that they would inspect them and provide new ones (if warranted) IF I BROUGHT THEM BACK TO THE SHOP - 35KM from my house.
4) They had already been thrown away as they were in such bad shape.
5) I tried to negotiate and attempted to re-explain the situation to no avail. Same story recited to me...
6) I decided to indicate that I would write this blog - he hung up on me!
7) I called my credit card and found out that the charges did not meet the invoice amount that I was provided on-line!

THE FOLLOW-UP.
1) This blog is now posted.
2) My credit card company is disputing the charge (excess charges and product did not meet the promise)
