WORST company I have EVER dealt with. We ordered a heat exchanger in August of last year after several attempts to get ahold of PETE. We finally got confirmation email that it was shipped on Sept. 14th 2012. After weeks of us losing work because of him running us around we finally got the machine. It has worked alright for the past year. Not as well as expected but it did the job.

Earlier this week the exchanger got a hole in it and water is flooding out of the exhaust. I called Pete and explained what was going on. He tells me that if it were frozen that that would void the warranty. I ensured him that we store the van in the garage and have a space heater that we leave inside the van so the water and equipment doesn’t freeze. He chuckles and tells me that he’s been told that before but it usually isn’t that case - pretty much calling me a liar.

I then tell him that I was calling to see how the warranty works and to see what our next steps would be. He said he’d like a picture of the hole. I explained I didn't want to rip the welding off because I assumed that would void the warranty. He still says he’d like a picture. Then says well either way it will cost you $65.00 for shipping both ways because well that’s just the way it is. I said that’s ridiculous! That’s another $130 out of my pocket because your product broke!

The way that he spoke to me I felt like even if I would have paid the money to ship it there he would have found some reason not to warrant the product so I would be suckered into paying more for him to fix it or be out of the shipping cost! He’s a scammer and it’s pathetic

Pete is a snake. He is cocky and undermining. I would not refer him to my worst enemy. He makes his money by running people around and selling sh*t products. Something needs to be done about this so no one else loses money like we did.

I never turned you away to Warranty Repair your Heat Exchanger, even though it was past the Warranty Period. I never expected you to pay Shipping both ways.

Your Wife misunderstood and before I could explain, she hung up the phone. Miscommunication that's all.

Send me the Heat Exchanger like I said before and now the whole world can hear this............


That is why we have become so Popular.

Send me Heat Exchanger and as I said before I will Warranty it.

The reason I never spoke to you is because I was working at the time so I had my wife call you to ask about the warranty. We still had more than 2 weeks left on the warranty when the exchanger started leaking and instead of you offering to look at it like any professional would, you start assuming that it was our fault. The machine was stored in the garage all winter at at least 60 degrees with a space heater in the back of the van. Then you want me to pay $130 for shipping when you can't even guarantee it can be fixed.

Then you say you need to see pictures of the hole which is idiotic because you built it and know that I would have to grind out the welds to look inside which would void the warranty. Im glad this is bringing more customers to you're site and also feel horrible because now they're goin to find out first hand how you really are. But hopefully when they purchase something from you they don't have to call you from a private number for you to answer and don't have to wait 6 weeks for their puchase to arrive when you tell them less than a week.

Mr. Williams Purchased a Heat Exchanger 1 YEAR AGO. There is a 1 YEAR WARRANTY on all the Heat Exchangers we Build. I have sold at least a 1000 Heat Exchangers over last few years since the inception of Our One and Only Axis Point Heat Exchanger Design Patent with TONS of Happy Customers. That is why our Blue /Red Baron Truck Mounts have become so Popular. WE STAND BEHIND OUR PRODUCTS!

We even have a Red Baron Owner that took the time to dedicate his Website to his Reb Baron he has owned for quite sometime and anyone is welcome to call him or my other happy Customers for references.

Mr. Williams put up his Wife to call and complain about water comming out. I told his wife that often time people freeze these units which can Striated Splits in the Tubing, but I DID NOT RULE OUT THE POSSIBILITIES OR OTHER CAUSES. 

Joe Williams would not get on the phone so again he left it up to his Wife to Call me. This the first I heard of the problem. I politley explained to her our policies about shipping which is stated on the Packing Slip. When I expalined our Warranty Procedure and shipping she Hung up on me.

Where are they going to find a Fab Company who ever want to work with them when they treat a Fabrication Company like dirt!!     I was even going to work with him even when 1 Year Warranty Had Expired!

I NEVER SAID, "THAT IS THE WAY IT IS!!!!" That is the Truth and again Mr. Willaims NEVER TALKED to me instead he "Hides Behind" his Wife to do his Dirty Work.

Seems to me the one that is using the Machine' Heat Exchanger, should be the one to call and make the complaint.

I never heard anything about this Heat Excganer until a Year Later. I think there is more to the Story behind this Heat Exchanger that Mr. Williams that I am not being Informed about.

In Conclusion, I am a reasonable guy and I believe what "comes around goes around".

Mr. Williams is being very Harsh and Unreasonable and his Rash Approach to solving a simple solution. Just talk to me man to Man on a reasonable Level. I called him and told him to send me the Heat Exchanger. I will pay shipping going back to him that is Fair.     Instead He Files this Report!

What are you Hiding Mr. Williams?? I think he is just Bitter cause he just wants a FREEBBEEE!

I was willing to bend over backwards for him but he refused my services.
