I purchased two lots of coffee beans from this individual. When they did not arrive at the time stated, I emailed Rogelio and at first he was very apologetic and promised to find out what happened. At first it was excuses about shipping problems, then problems with customs, then he had a problem with ROYA disease harming his crop. When I asked for a refund he started promising to make it good. He deliberately strung it out until I was past the limit on Ebay's Buyer Protection Program. The he stopped answering my emails, knowing he had won.
I notice he is no longer on Ebay, at least under that name ( he has used three other identities)
Rogelio I hope you and your coffee roast in Hell. Your crap will catch up with you.
