I ordered a toner cartridge on Nov. 3, 2011 from for a Samsung multi-function printer. It is now Nov. 15, 2011. I have called and left messages, emailed customer service, and faxed 'tracking' and status request. No response yet. After reading 'ripoffreport' i don't expect one. I'll call my bank to cancel the charge.
