Blue Dog Online charged for something already provided for Minneapolis Minnesota

in the past 4 months i keep getting charges added onto my verizon bill from other companies. they all go through a "clearing house" for billing. that company is esbi. this time it's from blue dog online. this is for voicemail and email. for what. i pay verizon for this. this is double billing. the month before that it was for directory assistance. the month before that it was a calling card. some one needs to do their appointed job in this government of ours and get these crooks under control. every month it's a new scam. the consumers were told how the break up of ma bell would lower our bills. i pay more for a phone now then i did in 1979. i would like to know how all these companies lowered our bills. mine went from 30 to 40 a month and that was calling ny just about every day to 100 + a month and then you get the crooks that add their percentage too. hello federal communications people where the heck are you?
