Kyle Peek- manager of Blue Haven Pools of Nashville. Now I know why Blue Haven Pools was not in Nashville sooner! This company is horrible. World's largest?? And worst! The pool we had built (still having built) by a local company which I recommend to anyone willing to listen, is the worst nightmare I have encountered yet. the salesman Ripley (if that is a real name) lied, lied, lied.
This man swore the best, swore to be "on hand" - have not seen him since the first complaint I have had! These guys are like vulchers, circling their prey. Beware fellow Nashvillians! These snakes play very dirty, they want your money, a lot of it too.
Do not trust these guys. I will never again. Go home you two. there are plenty of local guys that not only have a great reputation but build a great pool. Thanks B!! Lesson learned - I did not do my homework!
