I saw the ad on television in early 2004. 35 dollars a week for a new computer. It seemed like a good deal. I went for it. After putting in almost 800 dollars I was going through some financial hardship. I decided that a computer was no longer a priority. I called and cancelled and asked for a refund. They wont give refunds. I dont even have a product and they wont give me my money back. They have almost a thousand dollars of my money and refuse to give me a refund. I can understand a small fee for discontinuing the contract. Maybe 25 dollars or so... but to say they cant give me any of my money back is unbelievable. I asked them why I cant have my money back and they said because they already ordered my computer for me. I called back and got a different operator. I asked for my payoff balance and then asked how soon I would have my pc after I paid it off. They told me 6 to 8 weeks because they have to order it for me. So which is it???? Is it ordered or not???? They are liars and horrible customer service. By the time Im able to pay off the pc it will be an outdated package that will have cost me almost 2,000 dollars. Stay away from them... they dont care about there customers.
