Blue Horseshoe Healthcare is now operating under the name Quality Plus OTC. They stuck me for $2400 in diabetic supplies that were never paid for and stopped answering any and all correspondence. Had the audacity to send an email from:bburkholder@qpotc.org. Telephone number 704-517-6056.

I am the owner of Quality Plus OTC, Bruce DeLorenzo.  Bryson Burkholder works here and this company has never been associated with Blue Horseshoe.  Please do your research and check the IRS and NC Secretary of State and you WILL see that we are not and never where associated with Blue Horseshoe.  This report is slanderous asn defaming. please remove it.
