I relocated from Rio Rancho NM to Jacksonville NC and hired, well I thought I hired neighbors moving and storage to move my items.  When the moving company showed up it was 2 very dirty men that were 4 hours late in an unmarked semi truck.  He then proceded to walk through the house and explain to me that though the items were on the invintory list they were labled wrong and the cost was going to be $1,300.00 more than what I signed a contract for?  I was very confused and called neighbors moving and storage that proceded to tell me that there was really nothing they could do it they decided onsite that it was going to be more.  I was in a nightmare and saw no way out as my husband was already in North Carolina and it was just me and the 4 kids at the house.  We had to leave because my husband was flying home the next day to help me drive the kids to NC and he had only 4 days off of work and could not get any more time off at a later time.  They packed my items and pulled away from the house at 9:00pm.  We arrived in Jacksonville North Carolina on the 19th of May and I was told that they would be delivering our items on the 24th of May and that they would call me on the 23rd to let me know what time they would be here.  They never called and they never showed.  It is now the 1st of May and they still have not delivered any of my items.  I have filled out a police report and have filed a complaint with the BBB and now I suppose all we can do is wait to see if they ever show up..  if they do I will however call the police and have the police stand by while they unload my things.  This company is a scam.  Whenever I call and talk to this Sara lady she is in no position to fix anything and basically puts you on hold and never returns to the line.  This company is a joke and they all need to be in prision for theft.  I paid them a total of $6500.00 to steal my things.  If you think about it they are making out in the deal they get lots of cash and then turn around and sell your stuff and get the money for that.  bunch of idiots is all they are and I for one will fight till the end to make sure this happens to not one more person.  I have called a lawyer..
