Blue Ridge Construction, Robert Heath, Bobbie Heath, Blue Ridge Solution Jennifer Heath Took My Money and RAN Dillwyn Virginia

Hired Robert (Bobby) Heath - Blue Ridge Construction Solutions - to build a garage. He gave me a quote in which I wrote a check for the deposit. He then started the construction and about 40% through the job requested another deposit in which he claimed was needed to rent some heavy equipment needed to finish the foundation. I reluctantly gave him the money as I wasn't sure of the purpose. I then never saw the equipment nor any of his workers show up with in the time frame he gave me. After trying to contact him several times by telephone and always getting voicemail, I decided to contact the board of contractors who then informed me that Robert (Bobby) Heath did not have a contractors license and that he was under suspicion of commiting fraud with other customers as well. I also have found several articles on the BBB website where he had ripped people off. He is also facing several criminal charges of obtaining money by false pretensions in several court localities in Virginia including Chesterfield, Cumberland, Buckingham & Powhatan Counties. Robert (Bobby) Heath is a  Criminal who is very good at ripping hard working people off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HiM!
