My wife and I wanted a pool really bad for our family and we called Blue World Pools because they advertised 299.00 pool on your ready site. We got the salesperson to come out and we agreed to a price and a month went by they said we were financed for a pool for 15000.00 for 10yrs at 250.00 a month. I did the math and it would be 30,000.00 when paid.
They waited a month and gary treadwell the sales person called and told us he no longer worked for them and told us they were baiting and switching and is illegal. I contacted a lawyer, the attorney general, and told Blue world pools we would seek outside financing we didnt want to except their financing. We are hoping everyone can stop them before its to late. We are just stalling for now if you cancel pool they charge 5000.00 and put lien on property.
Don't Know what to do at this point but stall them.

Your attorney general will get this Done. You have done everything right thus far. Continue to ignore them and focus all your attention to your attorney general. I just last week received a refund check and a letter from them apologizing for what they do. My Attorney general here in Ohio got it done. Have no fear just keep after the Attorney general to persue this matter for you. they will back down real quick! Goosd luck!

We are now being threaghtened with a lien if we don't cooperate with their terms. We got a letter fron bwp saying if they do not hear from us within ten days they will consider we canceled and then we pay the 5000.00 or they put a lien on property and morgage.If anyone has a class action lawsuit please let us know. I really don't know how everyone can get intouch with each other since they want except you putting a phone number or address on here. We all need to put them out of business.
