How Is This THEIR FAULT If It Was YOU Who Failed To Know What YOU Were Doing?

You were looking for vital records like a birth certificate or sonething similar. Instead of doing the intelligent thing of checking with the state of birth of the person you were looking for, YOU swallowed hook, line and sinker the crap from this FAKE vital records site.
Is that what happened? You sent them money when you realized you were NOT dealing with an official government body like they told you on their website. The card company did their part by funding your purchase.
It's not up to them to hold your hand. Oh, now's the time to write back saying "you must work for them"!
