Bluebrook Chihuahuas - Selena Fogle - Daniel Jones took my deposit and refused to give me puppy or money back ripoff Orwell Ohio

I just wanted to add my two cents worth, I bought a female Chihuahua from Selena Fogle about two years ago. Sunny is the most wonderful, well tempered Chihuahua I own, we love her so much.
I have to say that we got a wonderful Chihuahua from Selena, not only was she truthful with us about our dogs lines and size, she is a genuine person that I am proud, after these few years to call a friend. I send a lot of my friends and people who are looking for Chihuahuas from time to time to Selena.
Selena never scammed us and I don't believe she would ever scam anyone. Apparently from what I have read here, this Amy person just doesn't know Selena, I feel that sometimes some people just aren't mature enough, not being happy in their own lives, they try to cause trouble with people who are genuine.
We thank Selena for Sunny because she is awesome. As for this Amy person, you may want to check people out before you send them any money in the first place, have discussions, call them on the phone, maybe get to know them first. Had you done this, then maybe you wouldn't have posted on here in the first place, just a thought.

I hope it is settled. I know who you are, and if I were you, I would get some serious help for your personality disorder! I see that you have lied to other people too!! GROW UP!!!!!

I would really like to end this and stop the mud slinging. So long as the money order comes this week this is over as far as I am concerned.

I have bought a very nice male from Selena, And I have stud my male to her female.

Selena is a very nice careing person who cares a lot about her pets and only wanted the best for them as any breeder does. Selena is a small in home hobby breeder Of one breed only.

This lady accusing her, told Selena herself she had parvo and her own vet. told her not to bring in any new pups for at least 6 months to a year. Would you want a pup of yours going there to get sick? no you would not, you fall in love with each and every pup and want the best for them, you've put your heart, sweat and tears into each one.And lots of work.

Now shes saying she didn't have parvo? Trying to cover her own butt now?

This lady had agreed to wait and let Selene hold her depost for a pup when it was clear and ok to do so.

Then she changed her mind and wanted her deposit back, like the same day, and we all know that takes time. The lady threathen Selena with stealing, calling the law, having her arrested and harrasing her. Giveing Selena deadlines that she knew could not be met in time.

Selene told her she was sending her depost back. When she had a way to the post office as she lives out in the country. then she pulls this and slanders her and tryng to say shes a ripoff. Any one who knows Selena or bought a pup from her now is the time to stick up for her, we all know better.

The lady has changed her mind several time and wrote nothing nice to Selena, I adviced Selena to keep every thing she wrote, to proctect herself againist this lady.

This lady should not be dealing with the public with her threating remarks and no patiences at all.

As for Selena and her family with meeting her over our love of dogs. we have become friends, Selena would'nt hurt any one and has always been calm, patience, and going out of her way to help.

I been to her home, and the few dogs she has, are well taken care of and loved.

This lady had no rights in putting any thing on here or any where about Selena,she should learn to deal with people in a better way And not be in such a big hurry about every thing.

Good job Selena. I look foward to my next pup from you,keep up the good work, and don't let others bring you down.

Why lie? Amy never said she didn't want to trade! If she wanted out od the trade so be it just say it. She said she gave the parvo story because she has a bad feeling about me, again so be it. I do not have enough females to have puppies every month.

Last 2 months I had puppies because they all came in season around the same time. Also I did not slander. If you didn't give me a parvo story I wouldn't have to explain why I didn't want to let the pup go. I would have sold her to Amy if there was no parvo. The trade is not a big deal. I have my chihuahuas and have a Rottweiler male we have had for 4years I have been thinking about getting a female for him.

As far as the schnauzers go, they was going to be a fathers day gift. Amy I would have had no problem with you backing out. I don't get mad that way. If you needed referals from preveious puppy buyers I could have done that. reguardless.

If Amy says there was no Parvo I am sorry she had to give me that reason. But this needs settled and no more lies. No trade thats fine, Amy money has been sent thats settled, there needs to be no more slander!

Ms Fogle was upset that I would not trade her my two Schnauzers for her Chihuahua puppy. I had origionally planned to trade her my two Schnauzers for a puppy and I was buying a litter mate to the puppy I was trading for. I backed out on trading because I had a very uneasy feeling about her. I had every intention of buying the other puppy, she refused to sell her to me and did not want to refund my dep either. She also has ads on hoobly wanting to trade for a Rottweiler.

I am sick and cannot keep up with the Schnauzer grooming. I wanted them to go to a great home were they would be loved. Ms Fogle has several litters of pups every month, that worried me. My dogs were NEVER exposed to parvo, I will give anyone who wants it my vets number.

I was done with all of this, but now here she is slandering me.

Ms Fogle has emailed me to say that she sent my money back. This is done and over with.
I think there was a break down of communication on both sides.

Ok Amy has been notified that I had no way to send the deposit, I have sent it certified so she can't say I did not send it!! It did take me one week because I had to wait for my ride to the post office to make sure it was sent certified. Even though deposits are non refundable I am a fair person and thought with the parvo she had it could help her with vet bills.

She has threatened me and slandarded me in ever way and I have emails to prove I have never refused her deposit. Amy also sent me a email saying I have cashed the money order that she had checked into it, which is a plain out lie because nothing was cashed and it was sent back to her as is, I have my post office to vouge for that.

Please anyone beware of buying dogs or trade. I have proof of adds on hoobly and also domestic sale, even if she deletes them I have printed them off. It is wrong to make lies of people. I want the best for my pups this is the reason why she got her deposit back and I rather the pup not be exposed to parvo. I have proof of all emails.

This is nothing but lies and slander. I sent a dep on the puppy, wanted the puppy, and still have no puppy nor my money back. How much clearer can it be that Selena Fogle is a scammer?????

We will let law enforcement decided whether or not Selena Fogle is a scammer because I have pressed charges!!

I have bought 2 dogs from Selena Fogle, I have never been ripped off....the person filing this complaint has left out that she lost a dog to Parvo and HER VET said she should not have another pet for at least 6 months to a year. Selena was going by what the vet said and told this lady that she would put the deposit towards another puppy in the future. This is more than what most breeders would do considering all deposits with most breeders are non-refundable. This lady has the nerve to also sell dogs she has at home on hoobly.com under a new name and even a different state. These dogs were exposed to Parvo by her own admission, and if it is not true she made up a huge lie to either get her deposit back for another dog or she just likes attention by emailing false emergencies and the death of a pet.....either way...the person that filled this is on hoobly asking for trades on many different kinds of dogs...so far I have seen for Chi's and schnauzers, and I believe a s**+-tzu......so basically I feel Selena was doing the responsable breeder actions by realizing this lady is a parvo puppymill.
