This is not a real company just a good looking web site. There is no merchandise or it is damaged, or not what is ordered. There is no followup for questions. Do not give them credit card information nor accept a COD shipment. Be smart and don't get taken like we were.

AUTHOR: Paul S. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 10, 2009

I should've aborted my plan to order when I tried to call their "24 hour" customer service line where nobody ever answers despite the claims on their site. Left a message, no callback... ever. No replies to my emails other than an auto-generated one suggesting I leave my name and number for a callback. Never called back then, either.

"Ron" finally answered (by chance) after I placed several call attempts to place an order by phone. I asked him a few questions about watch details and after much thought decided on the one I wanted and to just place the order online. The reply email I received after placing my credit card order informed me that I would receive a "confirmation phone call". This reply referenced "USA Watches". Hours after I placed my order, I received this confirmation call from "Amber" who insisted that COD with postal M.O. was the only available method. By her telling me this, and that they are not accepting bank cashiers' checks, they raised a red flag. Sounded like a SCAM!

But I said "Okay" with much suspicion, and signed back on the internet. I Googled "Bluefakes fraud" and found their name(s) multiple times in complaints from numerous victims of their fraudulent business on several consumer rip-off websites. Should've thought of this long before wasting my time any further. All their other "buddies" in the biz share the long list with them. Fact is, it looks like no one that claims to have good quality replica watches have any quality at all!

Also makes sense that they also run the review sites that "praise" their quality and service.
There are other sites that have the same, identical order form to fill out your information on. I'm convinced these are all operated by the same group of individuals.

Not planning to accept the package, FedEx will have to take it back. Bluefakes' loss on the shipping charge, although they'll make it back up ten fold on the next sucker that falls hook, line and sinker. But NOT ME!
