This place sucks.. they mislead you with their advertising. I wouldn't trust these Pirates- We wanted to pay at the door but they told us to go online to book ..and then they wouldn't give us the money back when we called to cancel an hour later-- They do this on purpose.. its a deceiving scam

24 HOUR NO CANCELATION OR RESCHEDULING POLICY

  This customer called to make reseravtion for our Pirate Tour for family and children on a Saturday Morning.  We told him if he books online he can save $5 per person.  We also told him he can pay at the boat BUT if he does not have a reseravtion we do not hold spots without payment or CC on file.

   Since he called same day, only way to save his spots for his party was to pay us over phone or book online for discounted admsioon.  He choose to go online and book.  This customer was also informed on phone that we have 24 hour policy.  NO CANCELING OR RESCHDEULING within 24 hours of depature time.  He purchsed tickets online then called shortly prior to depature time he wanted to cancel.  

  You cannont cancel or reschedule within 24 hours sir.  It was mentioned on phone and also clearly states this as well on your reservation email you recieved and opened and read.  Our reseravtion system shows that you opened email as well.  We are sorry that you are upset and if you made your scheduled depature time this review/complaint would not have occured...  Thank You
