My husband and I bought Bluegreen Timeshare through Bass Bro Shop in Gurnee, Illinois in 2014.  Their sales techinques are over their top.  When finally the guy from Bass Pro Shop finished the sales presentation.  My husband and I decided to go to this vacation.  We only paid $199 at the time and we just needed to go for a presentation located in Orlando Florida while there they treated us very well.  But the 90 minute presentation took about 4 hours.  The bring everyone in their clan to try to sell you the property or what is call a timeshare of your life time.

Well my husband and I decided to give a try.  But before we did that they were trying to sell it to us for over 20,000 dollars.  We told them we couldn't afford that.  So they kept coming down on their prices.  At the end we end up purchasing the timeshare for $3,600 dollars for 3,000 points.  They told us it was a great investment for you and your children and children's children.  We were excited to be part owners...NOT!!  When we finally become owners we try for so many months in how we can go for another vacation using the points we had.  Not knowing that it would be impossible for it.  Due to we needed more points for any of the vacation properties.

After a couple of years we decided this is not for us.  But we started noticing the Maintenance Fees were higher every year.  One year we paid $250, then the following year we paid $458.  My husband and I were ecstatic about how much higher it was the previous year.  They never told us about Maintenance Fee for the property and the fees were higher every year.  We were very upset because they never shared that the maintenance fee for the property will be increasing every year.  PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM ANY BLUEGREEN RESORT AND VACATIONS!  They will lie to you just to make a sale.  If you go to eBay to purchase any timeshare people are giving them for FREE because is not an investment.

In addition, your kids will inherit your timeshare so please make sure you don't fall for their scam!!  We are NOT HAPPY AT ALL!  They will lie to you and if you are willing to let them manipulate you they will take advantage.  PLEASE RUN FROM THEM AND ANY OTHER TIMESHARE.  We have NOT had a great experience with Bluegreen Vacations.  They are trained to suck you into buying their timeshare...so PLEASE RUN!!
