Blueprint Services online sales training - selling thru Amazon Henderson, NV 89074 NV 89074 Nevada

Company Rep called and offered sales training to sell goods through Amazon contract.

Paid funds of 1500 dollars for training and setup and support 

No return call as promised the next day for trainig appointments setup

Tried callinmg office number no answer.

Called support - unable to find info and reported agent not int the office (Friday)

Unable to nmake contact following week except to leave messages witrh customer service for hiim

Received call from addigned coach approximately 2 weeks later- he told me where to go online to view training videos.

Looked at videos and realized they had nothing to do with Amazon or drop shipping goods on behalf of comapny as indicated.

Spoke to coach next day and told him this is not what i signed up for and that i was unable to contact Rep.

He promised to have manager call me

Recived call a few days later form one Mike Adamson who wanted to know how i got his number.

i asked him about the Rep who had contacted me initially and why i could not get in touch with him- He told me the man had injured his leg

that very day and had left the office and had not returned to work since.

He promised he would email me and did, with a request that I confirm i had cancelled 2 weeks later. I sent him no such confirmation but called his office and spoke with his secretary re an appointment the next day.

He called and told me he was refusing to close my account and that the 1500 was nonrefundable.

i told nim i would go to my credit card company and did.

I found out 2 weeks later that they had used my information to open a loan account for 2200 dollars and had setup payments of 99.80 per month to be deducted from my credit card. The company called UAS called and notified me and the 99.80 had been already been dedeucted from my credit card I informed them i knew nothing of this snd that they should contact blueprint services. I reported the matter to my credit card company Suntrust who cancelled my card and issued a new one since they considerd thsi fraud.

Suntrust has contacted Blueprint and is trying to help me get my money back.

So they owe me $1500  and they need to repay the loan they took in my name without  my knowledge.
