This company is terrible. Worst ever. Cannot reach a customer service without leaving a message. Most messages are not returned. We purchased a Point of Sale system for our Tavern. I have tried for 10 business days to get a VAR Sheet or a Parameter sheet. This company shut off my credit card terminal on Friday night April 10th at 4:30 pm. No one contacted us prior. We list a lot of business. Finally today I got a small text from my representative that he said would work to do the transfer. The information is not the correct information. I am still with out CC and I cannot get anyone to return my call. Big rip off. Very unprofessional company-people. My reps name is Josh Montgomery. Do not use this company
