Antoher day, another ditz from a shady temp company.

Once again, these clowns at BMC Solutions can not seem to get paperwork straight. I have sent them everyting that they needed, and they keep delaying payment because they say that I did not send the paperwork. This is a lie. The real problem is these computer tech temp placement companies call you at the last minute for a one day gig, and then try to scew you out of your money on a technicality, or two.

Do not work for these crooks, they will try to slip you the black strap on.

Here is some of the emails:

Stephanie,

I have dealt with so many 'fly by night' operations such as your company, that I have NYS Labor Board complaint forms on file.

I sent you the paperwork twice. I don't know if you had a high fever when you were young, or are missing a few chromosomes from inferior inbreeding, but I can tell you this:

If I do not have a check for working noon - 5:30 pm + my travel time you will have a report much like this one - from the last company that tried to screw me over. 8 million people will see this per day. That is not even counting the BBB, NYS Attorney General, and the Labor Board. I would put your bagel in the fridge and get crackin'.

----------------------------

I still have not gotten the document I need. Please resent this one only. I can not pay you until I get this one. Thank you

Very rude...

I have worked with BMC for over a year now, with no complaints. Which part of the paperwork were you missing? It seems that nowhere in the emails do you state what you have yet to have in their hands. And instead of working with them to be sure everything is sent to the proper person and completed fully, you start insulting her. I know for a fact that just one small box unchecked or line not filled out properly will delay payroll, as it should. This company has people working all over the world, all on contract status and "temps." That is a lot of people to track. The best solution would be to contact the project manager and work through him. He can find out what the problem is and get it fixed much faster than insults ever could. If nothing else, FAX the document in question and call her to confirm over the phone that she has it in her hands.
