BMS LAW OFFICES assured me that they would assist me with modifying my mortgage.  They stated that each of my monthly payments would be sent to the mortgage company to "show that I could pay the reduced amount".

THEY DID NOT PAY ANYTHING TO THE MORTGAGE COMPANY!  They had me send all of my paperwork for months and stated that we had a very good case.  Each time that I would call my file was in different departments....(underwriting, review, etc.).  This lasted for 5 months with me paying them $3800 a month!

When I contacted Suntrust, my mortgage company, they stated that they had not received any MONEY from BMS, and my mortgage was in active foreclosure. 

I contacted BMS to get my money back and only received voicemails.  NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME TO RETURN MY MONEY! 

I dealt with RAMONE TOWNSEND, KIM KENDRICK,Senior Auditor, AND DERRICK ROSE!  

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! PLEASE DO NOT FALL VICTIM LIKE I DID!!!!!
