BMT Micro LLC has stolen money from our software vendor account of $5700 by refunding our monthly sales without any reason. Now they ignore my layer.

I am a victim of fraud and misappropriation by BMT Micro LLC. Software Vendor ID with BMT is 8694. Over the period of May 2014 - June 2014 we recevied 54 orders for total amount of $5700 which were collected and held by BMT Micro. After a month of sales they refused to payout our funds referring to "suspicious orders". Company has severly neglected applicable law, government regulations and own Terms of Service as vendor's money does not belong to BMT Micro.

Customer support and risk manager failed to provide specific paragraphs in Law or any regulation that would justify their actions. Company representatives started to ignore our lawyers after they attempt to contact them. Lawyer's conclusion:

"The company you are dealing with has overreacted in a legally impermissible manner. First, they have the burden of proof as to the suspicious activity and have to prove this to either you or the court. Secondly, if there is such a finding, the procedure is to cancel further dealings with you, but leave intact the orders already fulfilled. There is usually an indemnification provision in your agreement that if there are any claims by the customers you would have to hold the company harmless. It is also strange there haven't been any complaints or requests for refunds from the ultimate consumers. What is also very improper is that they refunded all the orders. Even worse, they did not consult you before taking such unilateral action."

After receiving this charge from lawyer they started to ignore us, which is the evidence of their fraud and neglectoion.

Vendors and software buyers, try to avoid BMT Micro services, as your money can be stolen without any particular explanation. Our case clearly shows that.
