My husband was looking for a lawyer to help him get his license back when he ran across Mr. Bo Schimers. He went to see him a decided to use him for his case.
He DID sign a contract with Mr. Schimers and gave him a deposit for 600.00. A week after this took place I lost my job. Being located in Michigan and the economy being the way it is, we called and asked for our deposit back. Mr. Schimers said that the deposit was non refundable per the contract. My husband explained our situation to Mr. Schimers and he AGREED to return half of the deposit to us ASAP.
A few weeks past......no check in the mail. My husband calls Bo and gets a reply of "I am filing for bancruptcy and your a crediter........I can't pay you back. You'll be put in the bankcruptcy." What? After many discussions with this "Lawyer" and getting the run around I have got no where. He can't even give me the name of HIS lawyer.....hum?
If you need a lawyer in Downriver.....Bo DOESN'T know best.....
Best part. My name is on the check not my husbands. He isn't on the account at all. So, I am not under contract with Mr. Schimers. Any lawyers out there know if I have any recourse with this? Only my name is on the account and I wasn't there to sign any contract.

Bo Schimers worth every cent!

I recently used Bo Schimers to clear my Michigan drivers license. I had 3 DUI charges, which all ocurred down south, after the 2nd Dui in 01 my license was revoked. I have lived down south since 01, but since i possessed a Michigan license I was held under their rules,and make a long story short I was not do for a hearing until 2011 due to a late abstract after the 3rd DUI. I contacted Bo Schimers and he said he could take care of the late abstract and get me a hearing. Bo Schimers did exactly everything he said he could do and my license has been cleared in Michigan!! I thought the whole thing was hopeless and that i would never get to drive again!!! Bo Schimers was worth every cent and was alot more reasonable than other attorney's who claimed the late abstract could not be adjusted. I would strongly recommend Bo Schimers to anyone having license problems in Michigan.

There are some business who rely upon impulse buying to survive: adult dance studios; karate lessons and "crotch rocket" motorcycle sales come to mind. I am not in such a business.
Everyone who comes to me for representation in a driver's license restoration has had at least a year to contemplate that decision and some have waited +10 years. Immediately after the consultation and signing the fee agreement I provide work product. I do a dry run of all the questions that will be asked at the Secretary of State hearing. (I also provide a list of all other requirements to be successful at the hearing and go through these in great detail.
I charge $1,200 to prepare you, attend and CONDUCT the hearing. Occasionally, potential clients ask what do I get for the money? I reply that I have been there so many times that I know their requirements and have perfected a "secret sauce" in order to give them what they want.
Simply put, this client had already received my "secret sauce" which would have enabled him to complete the hearing without my assistance.
