GR Web Solutions, LLC, Jerry Rucker Took my money, but never completed the job ! Detroit Internet

 In April of 2014, I hired GR Web Solutions to create a business website for my company, which was a webiste service business. I was new to all of this website stuff but trusted Jerry & GR Web Solutions, LLC to provide this website for me, as he appeared at the time to be very professional. I never knew anything about how so many web site developers rip you off these days until I had that exact experience with this company and Jerry. We discussed the product that I wanted the company to produce for me. We didn't get into specifics because I didn't realize at the time what a casualty of the website industry I would become. Some brief information was drafted as I was assured that the website would be produced, I just didn't know that a "non-working" website would be the end result. A project that Jerry said would only take 4 months to develop, had ten months of light work done on it but no functional end product to be seen. Along the way, I continally had issues with Jerry, the project manager, in regards to work that I asked to get done, getting done. The consistent excuse was that I never said or wrote that. After awhile it got very frustrating as I am a very organized individual and don't forget much. However, at the time, I had no idea that I was going to need to document everything I said and wrote to Jerry. I started complaining to the company about Jerry, asking to please have the continuation of the website assigned to another project manager, but everytime I called the business number I got Jerry. I thought that very strange. After speaking to an individual that Jerry got me in contact that had a part in the making of the website, and getting no where, I started doing some investigation. I found out that "Jerry" was the owner of the business but he "never" introduced himself to me to be so. So when I was asking for someone above him to talk to I came to realize, there was no one else for me to talk to. This was realized after I stupid made the final payment to the company for the website project with written verification that my site would be complete after this final payment. It never happened. My site was left "un-done" and I had no choice but to find another company to take over my website. After another company took over the website project, it was then that I was informed that GR Web Solutions, LLC hardly even created a website for me. It was NOT functional in the slightest. As I continued to spend more and more money for this new company to "fix" the mistakes in engineering my so called website. To this day, I continue to have problems with the site functioning properly and spending more money for corrections of the original site engineering mishap. I have asked for my funds back and have received nothing. I had filed a report with the BBB and it was found that GR Web Solutions, LLC did nothing in good faith to assist his former client, myself, whomt fully paid for a functioning website, but got just the opposite.
