Boardwalk Buy Unethical Organization - Failure to fulfill order internet

An order was placed with Boardwalk Buy on 042717, it remains unfulfilled.  I have sent email after email requesting information for shipping/estimated shipping/cancellation etc... with no resolve.  one day their response is that it is processing for payment and can't be cancelled.  the next day i was told it was on back order but still can't be cancelled, it goes on and on.  i have requested repeatedly for a refund to no avail.  i have requested the name/address/phone of the CEO, no response.  They do not have a physical location listed on any of their sites (online/facebook), the number listed is not a working number.

While I continue to send emails daily requesting cancellation they are now not responding at all.  i am not sure what avenue to follow now to have my monies returned.

I contacted my bank in regard to the matter and requested that the issue be researched for non failure to delivery goods.
