Boats 4 Less (Dave Spikings) Very shady company. Took our boat and we never received ANY money. Boat went to Bahamas! Pompano Beach Florida

Brought our boat to, Used Boats 4 Less March, 2013.  After several months of not hearing from Dave Spikings we started calling him to ask about our boat. We were told that there was someone looking  at our boat from the Bahamas. Never heard any more. Called "Capt Dave" back again and he said the Bahamas people didn't buy it. (This started the beginning of the summer). But he had someone else interested. Again didn't hear anything. Finally I left a message (they NEVER answer the phone), threatening to call the police. Guess who called me back Capt. Dave! He said the boat was sold but could not send me the money until I sent him my title. We'll that wasn't going to happen. I still have the title.

We finally went to Boats 4 Less when we arrived in FL. That was in January, 2014. Of course, no one was there and no one answers the phone. We waited all day. Our boat was no where on the lot!

We finally went to the police, only to find out that scum company had sold our boat in May, 2013! There are 11 boat owners that they have screwed, that I know of now. 

Come to find out our boat WAS sold to people that took it to the Bahamas, and Capt Dave handled the sale!

Do NOT deal with this company unless u want to end up screwed.  We will be prosecuting Capt Dave and the owner of this slimy company!!
