Bob Cohen & Associates Subected A Totally Disabled Senior Citizen to Fabricated Legal Fees for 40 days of Misrepresentation & Abuse Encino California

There are out there many ruthless attorneys.  They play so dirty, that they are a disgrace to their profession.  Certainly, who ever wrote this rebuttal don't know one iota of the truth.  But he/she starts shutting with the mouth and believes the attorneys lies.  That is ok, becasue God knows the truth; and that is enough for me.  The first compalin was lost becasue of the accient I have been in and Attorney Cohen messed it up in 40 DAYS, and then he puts his hand in the pot, without earning it, without sending me a bill, and without giving me a change to take legal actions; MORE THAN TWICE.  It took me over 4 years to find the right doctor, who started helping me get well 3 months ago, and now I can use my eyes for reading a little bit more and to deal with stress like the one Cohen dishes out; which, I could not deal with for over 4 years.  He even sued me without serving me!  The server falsely testifies she served me at the times I was upstairs in bed under the oxygen machine.  Both of my roomates are males and one was at work and the other was sleeping, hooked to machines.  These is how this so called legal represetatives win, dishonestly, ruthelessly, and without conscious.  They don't care about the person they are supposed to represent; or they would not have disputes and reports.  And when we dispute the money they legally steal becasue the victim cannot afford another attorney, they blame the victim.   However, God takes care of me, and those who have victimized me instead of earning their fees, will get their judgement.  In fact, after over 30 years of messages from God calling us desperatelly to help Him save the world from this type of corruption and shackles placed on the victims, two months ago, He announced His truths and the lies are going to be revealed, make no mistake about it.  You can view His 1,000 upon 1,000 of daily messages at holylove.org. 

With the 1st and 2nd attorney, I was so disabled that I could not even attend court.  Figure out the time, all of these happened with in the last 4 years. And since Cohen did not even serve me, it was just for him like taking candy from a baby, without conscious.  And since, I could not physically and financially defend my self, they take advantage of such people.  I just don't know how they can sleep with themselves as gold diggers.  He filed in another county I could not even drive to.  And he strongly told me he did not want to go through arebitration with the LACBA, and he manipulated it to falsely win.  He totally just "robbed me" legally, so to speak.  I did contest the first attorney's Summons, but I was so ill, that I was not able to appear in court let along present the evidence.  The first one had 18 complaints agains her.  She never sent me a bill nor a notice of collection.  She knew I am living only with SS Income.  Therefore, I have been a victim of two very ruthless atorneys of the worst kind.  I can tell them like I tell others, when you hurt someone you hurt yourselves even more.  Therefore, I pray for them.  So who ever wrote theisrebuttal, you need to get the facts straight, before shooting your mouth.  And the ruthless attorney needs to represent their clients professionally, ethically, instead of forcefully taking the clients money when they misrepresented the client.  If you could only read his verbally abusive emails.  Cohen and he so called relative and represntative are very ruthles, witout concsious attorneys.  Therefore, no attorney that know how to represent a client and have a conscious, will ever get in a legal battle with a client nor will forcefully take a clients money.  This attorney did not even notify me of arbritration, I notified him first.  But then he shuts down, without due process, with lies of course.

I would love to confront both attorneys now and present the true facts now; since, now, thanks be to God and my new chiropractor who knows how to adjust the head, gave me my life and health now.  Besides, God's graces are enough for me, like God told St. Paul.  In Jesus' trust.  "With Trust as your foothpath, Truth is the wind at your back."  By God , given by Jesus in person on 03/06/14.  God bless you all.

The statements made by this person are absolutely false and this is not the first time she has done this.  She has used virtually identical words against another lawyer who sued her for defamation because of her lies and won a money judgment against her for several thousand dollars (See the lawsuit and the Superior Court judgment against her (case #30-2010-00396077). This person's false breach of contract and fraud claims were tossed out by the Judge.  We too filed a lawsuit and obtained a judgment against her and thus established that her "Ripoff Report" defamatory remarks against us, were totally false. In our opinion, this person makes these false claims so she can obtain leverage to force others to pay money to which she has no legal entitlement and hopes the victims of her lies will give in rather than to have these false statements on the internet.  We do not believe that anybody should try to take advantage of their purported age and/or disability to pressure others into giving them money to which they are not entitled.  Such conduct only hurts those elderly and disabled persons who are truly victimized by others by making it more difficult for them to obtain the help they need.
