Realtors beware! Bob Fitzgerald and company is a total rip off. They wine and dine you up front and even give you contact information to other realtor, but they too are all part of the scam. Once they get your 5000 dollars the honeymoon comes to an end. You never hear from them.. When you do get through they lie, lie, lie and try to make you believe it is all your fault. 

The second part of the scam is that you have to pay another 700 to subscribe to a service that provides you phone number to expired listings and then you have to provide this to bob and his company. You might as well make the calls your self. In one year we got zero leads.  please avoid these scam artist.

ive been in the business for over 25 years and consistently sell over 20 million dollars a year. This is the first time I have gotten scammed. They are good. Please call me for details before getting scammed. Total rip off! The man should loose his license.
