Bob Law is a hard money lender. He lends money to people who are in a financial bind. He prays on them, knowing they need the money. So, he charges them high interest rates, they can't afford to benefit himself. While he makes a substantial amount of money, these people are left trying to make the high monthly payment. Most of them can't afford.

Bob Law is a bad business choice. Do you research and hire a different lender/Realtor
