SCAM ALERT BOB ROHRMAN ARLINGTON NISSAN CAR SALES position.

The dealer is not necessarily looking for salesman but for poor souls to commit to the dealership "training program" so they solicit their friends and relatives to get them to buy a car from them.

The interview process is very simple as all they want you for is to get you into the 1 week bob rohrman car sales class where they later inform you has a cost of $200. They will also tell you they are looking for management material to get u in the bucket.

There is no money to be made here besides bringing your friends and family to be harassed by management who btw keep half of all your profits for the first 90 days.

There is no such thing as paid training as you do not get paid until after the second week.

they tell you they are selling 200 cars when in reality they are selling about 5 - 8 per day.

This is a dealer that is desperate to get people trough the door and have resorted to a cheap scam ran by PETE FARAGAN who claims to be a millionaire.

There is no such thing as a demo while you are working there...Unless you scam tons of your friends selling cars and you are not disposed of for 90 days.

This dealer hires 20 to 30 sales people every week!

AUTHOR: JR Rohrman - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 18, 2012

I am presently the General Mgr of Arlington Nissan. This report is not necessarily true in that the trainer was not an employee of the dealership, but was an outside contractor. He did mislead some of the students but this was and is not an accepted practice of this dealership.

This report goes on to say that getting a demo is not possible. This is not true in that over half of my present sales people have demonstrators for their use. The artlcle also says that 30-40 salespeople are hired weekly by the dealership. This is not true in that our interview process is a very choosy one. We do not like turnover, so we hire people who we think will make a career of the automobile business. Many weeks we do not hire any new salespeople and some weeks we may hire 2-3. This report is an overstatement of the facts and is not true.

We as a dealership do not support Mr Farragan's practices and will never use his services again.
