Bob's Plumbing Charged for copper, used pvc, Internet

Does not stand by their estimates. we were quoted $600 for a job using copper line...The job was done with pvc and charged 90% of the copper price. So we got a 10% discount to use pvc, and the work was not even completed as quoted on the estimate. Copper costs a LOT more than pvc. NOT 10 %... Part of it was never evn replaced at all. Now I have no spigot to use for outside water.

The same person who gave us the estimate denied what he wrote. I had to fax my estimate to the company and still did not get anyone to be responsible for what they did. I feel very victimized by this company, they treat you like you are an idiot...I could have had the job done complete with spigot and paid $480 to another company who quoted me that for pvc.

There are too many plumbers in Miami to put up with this abuse from Bobs plumbing. Dont get estimates from them, they mean nothing.
