BOCA JAVA INC. - GOURMET COFFEE COMPANY Misleading advertising, poor communication, and impossible to cancel membership! Deerfield Florida

Wow this was to me a trip to hell and back. Sent for their introduction coffee maker with coffee for $19.99. Never got it but billed for it. Placed on my debit card and each month got a notification that shipment coming-I thought it was back ordered. They sent it to an address I had not lived at in three years!

First UPS package received by new homeowners was sent back to Boca Java. Later no packages of product arrived for next three months but billed for it. Told them they should have sent like requested order to my billing address here in NC. Guess they do not listen!

Finally got my bank to reverse two purchases but beyond could not do. Later I was finally able to cancel after four phone calls, three emails, and I believe three letters. Finally they said they would send me $25 back which later turned out they said to something like $8.25 for credits on coffee that did not want. Never got that promised $8.25 either! Bottom line out about $60 and never received one gram of coffee or that elusive coffee pot.

Worst experience I have ever had with a merchant.

My mama used to tell me if it sounds too good to be true it is. Well I don't even know what their coffee tastes like as I never got any.
