 Yes my Credit Card # was used by persons making transaction, not by me. VI Money that I left on my card account was intentional so that I could pay Time Warner co. for Internet service. The amount was $44.00. I called Time Warner @ around 4 or 5 am and tried to pay it but the person I gave cc# said it was declined so I asked her to resend, still declined. I looked at balance via Internet and saw only $40.+ . Called my Son to send $6. to my account since the amt due was $43.00 and he sent it. This time I called for balance of funds remaining on my CC .

I was told I have zero balance so again I use Internet to view information and I see $39.99 pending I called Card company for any information so I can contact and stop the transaction since it wasn't I who ordered, but they were closed. I looked up Company name given and there are a few, so I looked up Company's phone # , and all the free lookup sights request money to show you information, I have Zero balance so I'll have to wait til tomorrow Mon to stop transaction. I already called few min ago the recording message is that they're closed on Sun call back M-F 9am to 9pm.
