Body Of Change Highway Robbery! Lies! and Inappropriate Behavior Federal Way Arizonia

I'd joined BOC because my goal was to get in shape, have more energy, and look and feel good. The sales manager came up with this ridiculous monthy payment where I would train for 3x a week for a year. I was so desparate for change that I had signed up. I was promised nutrition advise, measurements, and a log where the trainer would document my training history. I was first assigned to a trainer who did document my training, but did not give any nutrition advise or measurements. The trainer left the company after a month because the trainer was unhappy with the company. That trainer told me that the BOC trainers get paid only $7 per client. I was shocked! With the amount of money that I pay per month, the trainers get only pennies!

Then I was assigned to this guy who isn't bad as a trainer, but he has a problem with touching and getting into my personal space. He also likes to talk to other people in the gym during my appointments and help them on my dime. He doesn't even bother to log my training at all so I don't even bother to bring my book. His attitude really sucks because so many people have either quit or been fired for reasons no one knows why.

I regret that I signed up with this company. I think I would have done better if I went with a private trainer. The worse of it is is that I had a problem in the distance past with Bally's. They wouldn't let me out of my contract when I had moved to an area where they didn't have a gym. I'm afraid after reading so many BOC postings of what is going to happen when I try to get out of my contract with BOC. Fortunately in the Bally case, the FTC got involved and Bally had to refund my money.

I am so angry!!!! I wish that a class-action will start so that BOC and all these other fitness centers won't even begin to think about ripping people off.

I haven't complained because it is like punshing the trainers when it is the company that needs to owe up. I want to see something done and I want my money back!!!!
